Enquiring about an order you've already placed?
You may find your answer in my shipping information here.
Tracking is not avaiable on any order (unless you chose to purchase it as an extra, or your order value was £100+), this is not a standard option on parcels posted in the UK. 

Can I visit your shop?
Sorry, I work from home, and can't accept visitors to our property. If you want to shop in person please check the list of fibre festivals we shall be attending this year. 

Custom Orders
At the moment I am not able to accept custom orders.

Fibre Clubs
I don't operate waiting lists for any of my clubs. Signing up is on a first come-first served basis for the Gradient Club. The Time Travellers Club is open for new sign ups at any time.

If you're already a club member and need to change your card details, or need to cancel your membership you can do so by following this link. 
If you're waiting for your first Time Travellers Club parcel please remember that this club operates 1 month behind the payment schedule. For example you pay in May for the parcel I send out in June. Occasionally this means you pay for the second parcel before your first has been sent. You will get every parcel that you have paid for. 
​Once a parcel has been posted you will get a shipping notification. 

Shows
The list of shows I'll be attending can be found here. This list is kept as up to date as possible, I often don't know if I have been allocated a space at a show until a few months before hand.

The UK has lots of great fibre festivals, and unfortunately I can't attend all of them. I just don't have enough hours in the day. If you would like to invite me to be a stall holder at an event you're organising then please get in touch with detailed information (costs, promotion, expected visitor numbers...) Currently my calendar of events is pretty much full, but I'll always consider new events. I am also available to run workshops and classes on a wide variety of spinning related subjects.

Can I call you?
Phone doesn't work well for me due to a variety of reasons, and it's highly unlikely you'll get a quicker response by calling me rather than sending me an email. So with that in mind, if you've emailed and you still need to call me the number to use is 01650 531880, but email me first... please. I can't take any orders over the phone, so will usually need to tell you to go online and order.
